Welcome to Furry Lamps ("Furry lamps," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), including any purchases made through furrylamps.com.
By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.
Section 1 – Legal Eligibility and User Criteria
1.1 Eligibility
Our Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
1.2 Restricted Users
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, including but not limited to users who violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are restricted by applicable laws or regulations.
Section 2 – Platform Use and Shopify Disclaimer
2.1 Shopify Platform
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products. Transactions processed through Shopify are subject to Shopify’s infrastructure, security measures, and policies.
2.2 Platform Limitation Disclaimer
While Shopify facilitates transactions and hosting, Furry Lamps is solely responsible for its products, content, policies, fulfillment, and customer interactions. Shopify is not responsible for order fulfillment, refunds, product claims, or disputes.
2.3 Data Handling
By using our Site, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and stored through Shopify’s servers and governed by both Shopify’s Privacy Policy and our own Privacy Policy.
Section 3 – Modifications to Terms
3.1 Right to Modify
Furry Lamps reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
3.2 Acceptance of Changes
Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.
Section 4 – Accounts, Payments, and Fraud Prevention
4.1 Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activities conducted under your account.
4.2 Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize Furry Lamps and its payment processors (including Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or others) to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
4.3 Fraud Monitoring
We reserve the right to note, investigate, cancel, or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or policy violation. This includes orders with mismatched billing information, high-risk activity, or flagged transactions.
Section 5 – Shipping, Delivery, and Order Fulfillment
5.1 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during promotions or due to supply chain disruptions.
5.2 Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary by location. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
5.3 Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered delivered once tracking information confirms delivery. Furry Lamps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered.
5.4 Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or customs issues are not eligible for a refund unless approved by Furry Lamps. Re-shipping may require additional fees.
Section 6 – Final Sale, Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
6.1 Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns except as expressly outlined below.
6.2 Limited Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be approved only if:

The package is confirmed lost after 30 days with no tracking updates, or

The item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, supported by photo or video evidence submitted within 48 hours of delivery
6.3 Buyer Responsibility
We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, sizing issues, shipping delays, or customs-related issues.
6.4 Cancellation Fee (Change of Mind)
Any approved cancellation requested after payment processing is subject to a non-refundable 5% processing fee per order to cover payment and operational costs. Once an order enters fulfillment or shipping, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Section 7 – Donation and Charity Disclosure
7.1 Voluntary Donation Policy
Furry Lamps may voluntarily allocate approximately 1% of gross revenue toward independent animal-related efforts or initiatives. These contributions are made at our discretion and may change at any time without notice.
7.2 Not a Nonprofit
Furry Lamps is a for-profit business and is not a registered nonprofit or charity organization. Donations are symbolic and do not create any legal obligation, partnership, or fiduciary responsibility.
7.3 No Tax Deductions
Contributions made by Furry Lamps are not tax-deductible for customers and should not be interpreted as charitable donations made on behalf of customers.
Section 8 – Disputes, Chargebacks, and Arbitration
8.1 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for matters covered under these Terms constitutes a breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation to payment processors.
8.2 Legal Remedies
We may pursue recovery of losses, fees, and damages resulting from fraudulent disputes or chargebacks.
8.3 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
Section 9 – Liability and Disclaimers
9.1 As-Is Services
All products and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furry Lamps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
Section 10 – Indemnification and Third-Party Relationships
10.1 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furry Lamps, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10.2 Shopify Disclaimer
Shopify is not a party to this Agreement and bears no responsibility for claims related to Furry Slides’ products or Services.
Section 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which Furry Lamps operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11.2 Venue
Any action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in courts located within the United States.
11.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Furry Lamps and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
